Cuban Skirt Steak


Ingrédiénts
  • 1/2 cup olivé oil dividéd in half
  • 1/2 cup frésh orangé juicé
  • 1/3 cup frésh limé juicé
  • 1/3 cup frésh lémon juicé
  • 1 lb skirt stéak
  • 1 tsp driéd orégano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp mincéd garlic
  • salt and péppér
  • 1 tbsp driéd parsléy

Instructions
  1. In a largé bowl, combiné all ingrédiénts half of thé olivé oil, garlic, cumin, orégano, parsléy, lémon, limé, and orangé juicé. Mix wéll. If you havé a food procéssor, you can usé that as wéll.
